Hospital formalities
All questions in connection with the medical administration will be handled by the Health Care Consulting & Development, such as entry formalities or payments. For this reason you will have to fill in your application form very carefully.

24-hour service (for Munich and surrounding area)
Our patients have a 24-hour bedside service at their disposal. We know how difficult it is to be separated from one’s family and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible and make you feel at home. Whether newspapers, magazines, books or music in your language, we attempt to fulfil your every wish. Especially during complex medical treatment or post-operatively, it is of immense benefit to have confidential and highly qualified staff at your bedside – we recognize patients’ need for special care and attention in times like these. We are there for you throughout.

Business facilities (for Munich and surrounding area)
For the self-employed or people in high-powered managerial positions it is extremely difficult to take time out for medical treatment. To make things easier we provide special business facilities and services that can help you to run ‘business as usual’ during your treatment – within limits under the circumstances. We can organize meetings with your business partners, handle your phone calls and correspondence while coordinating your medical treatment with your business affairs during your stay in Germany. TV and telephone connection are standard facilities in hospital rooms. Internet access and fax facilities can be arranged if required.

Translation service
Most medical staff in German hospitals speaks English. Some hospitals may even have an interpreter in your language at hand. However, if you wish we can arrange for an experienced translator with sound language skills to accompany you to all medical examinations and consultations with doctors.

Your payments
Prior to commencement of your treatment the estimated therapy costs will have to be paid. You can make your payment upon arrival, but prior to checking into the hospital. Our representatives will be there to assist you. Please bear in mind that the final cost of your treatment may differ from the estimated amount due to any changes in your treatment that may become necessary during the course of the therapy. While we endeavour to keep treatment costs within the parameters of your estimate, there has to be room to manoeuvre in the best interest of your health. Please ensure to have additional funds available to allow for these eventualities. You may settle your bill with cash or by credit card.
