You may be assured that we shall check all your medical records very thoroughly and with the utmost care! In complicated cases we will seek a second opinion from other medical specialists who are capacities in their respective fields. This, however, may take some extra time. Where emergency treatment is required we will of course, speed up the process to ensure a positive outcome.

Fixed price treatments do not allow us to take all your individual medical aspects into consideration, which means we can only provide standard treatments at fixed prices. Once we have diagnosed the best treatment in your individual case, we will offer you a personalised therapy programme in the most suitable hospital that delivers such treatment, organise your stay and treatment programme and calculate the costs for you.

Please note that some of the more complicated diseases, such as heart conditions or cancer, require special preliminary examinations and diagnoses before therapy can commence. This is dependent to a large degree on your pre-clinical history, the progression of your disease and the treatment chosen. We will organize all necessary examinations with your medical practitioner at home or if you wish, in Germany.
